Warranties

Our quality promise backs every product we sell.

• Manufacturer Warranty: Most of our equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) carry a 1 to 3 year warranty directly with the manufacturer.
• Returns (RMA): We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
• Exclusions: Opened chemicals, installed electrical parts, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
